Position: Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, managing general administrative activities, and office needs.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize appointments
• Receive and distribute mail
• Maintain contact lists
• Reply to email and calls
• Maintain filing systems
• Perform administrative duties like filing, typing, etc.
• Prepare invoices and handle ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of office management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• High School degree; certification as an Administrative Assistant
• Construction industry admin experience is preferred

Salary commensurate with experience.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm (Alternate)
