Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Associate (NCDR)
Job Purpose and Content:
- Responsible for warranty parts order request, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination
- Administer Move Orders and coordinate Shock and Tilt handling
- Monitor NCDR activities and maintain inventory
- Handle data requests, resolve administrative issues, and generate reports
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Studies with 1 year of related experience
- Experience in Oracle or SAP systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby required
