Job Title: Administrative Associate (NCDR)

Job Purpose and Content:

• Responsible for warranty parts order request, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination
• Administer Move Orders and coordinate Shock and Tilt handling
• Monitor NCDR activities and maintain inventory
• Handle data requests, resolve administrative issues, and generate reports
• Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Studies with 1 year of related experience
• Experience in Oracle or SAP systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby required
