Job Description

ALTUS FACILITIES ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Documents Filling
• Maintaining all filling records
• Processing Payable and Receivable documents
• Preparing worker salary
• Obtaining minimum 3 quotations for material purchasing
• Preparing progress claims
• Handling petty cash
• Auditing Procurement, Store, and Site documentation
• Managing accounts payable & receivable
• Maintaining material purchasing price list
• General office administrative duties
• Sourcing for equipment, PPE, and materials
• Assisting in store setup and any ad hoc tasks
