Job Description
RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our client, a local established Medical Manufacturer. This position is part of their Administrative Team, contributing to ongoing transformation projects.
Duties:
- Handle document preparation and general administrative tasks.
- Operate office equipment efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related studies.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred; entry level welcome.
