Job Description
FORBIS HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking applicants for the position of Administrative Support at a primary school located on Bukit Teresa Road. The contract is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with an option to extend.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Key responsibilities include:
- Typing/printing and data entry
- Reception duties and answering calls
- Data collation and refreshments preparation
- Sorting deliveries and student assistance
- Office supplies maintenance
Applicants should have GCE ‘O’ Level, a pleasant personality, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably first-aid training.
