Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall support of centre operation and general administration.
- Assist customers in the enrolment of tuition classes and enrichment programs.
- Take charge of daily operations, maintaining cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with tutors, students, and parents.
- Handle all parent communications via the centre’s mobile phone.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle enquiries.
- Interact passionately with children and parents.
- Good interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Weekend availability required.
- Working Hours: Tues 3pm-8pm, Wed-Fri 12pm-8pm, Sat & Sun 9am-7pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,00.00 – $2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
