Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Advisor – Customer Service. As an Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valuable customers, helping them resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient responses to their queries
  • Acting as a mediator between the customer and other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products, policies, and processes to provide accurate information to customers
  • Documenting and escalating customer feedback and recurring issues to improve overall customer experience

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience and a problem-solving attitude are also highly desirable.
