Job Description
The job scope will include:
- Assisting the doctor in administering treatments to patients.
- Assisting to prepare the patients for treatment and/or review when they arrive.
- Meeting and greeting patients when they arrive and following up with them to ensure that their needs are met.
- Performing non-doctor required treatments such as facials (non-extraction) etc.
- Finding out and understanding the needs of patients and recommending suitable treatment plans and products for them without sounding pushy.
- Being able to handle simple reconciliation and bookkeeping in case the nurse manager is not around.
- Doing stock take at the end of every week.
- Doing basic housekeeping.
