Job Description
- Conduct customer services calls professionally for referrals and cross promotions.
- Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Able to analyze case nature of the feedback and update Sales Manager.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor or any Managers of the Company.
- To achieve KPIs.
- Training will be provided.
Job Type: Internship
Salary: $800.00 – $1,00.00 per month
