Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into the system.
- Liaise with sales support and sales team to ensure service quality.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor individual KPI and resolve system/process failures.
- Support corporate policies for process standardization.
- Accrual of costs in the system and manage vendor invoices.
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties by team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 1 year Air Freight experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- * 5.5 days work week – alternate Saturday off. *
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 – $3,200.00 per month
