Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the Taxi Coordination Team to ensure the smooth operations of Taxi stands in the terminals, including managing a continuous supply of taxis, directing taxis to individual taxi bays, coordinating between Taxi stands, and allocating passengers to taxis based on First-in First Out principle.
  • Perform assigned roles (DG, RM, TSC, QM) according to established SOP.
  • Manage and control passenger flow at the taxi queuing area.
  • Comply with SOP and Safety Standards when assisting passengers.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

  • Understand basic written/spoken English and/or a secondary working language.
  • Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.
  • Neat and presentable.
  • Adaptable to change and a good team player.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,580.00 – $1,680.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Late shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
