Job Description
Primary Duties: Executive Management Support:
- Scheduling responsibilities: Regularly manage the executive’s schedule, preventing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Meeting coordination: Facilitate interactions between the executive and key stakeholders within the team.
- Travel management: Oversee logistics for overseas business trips, working closely with APAC branch members.
Back-up Duties – Administrative Support:
- Carry out administrative tasks such as handling payments, creating purchase orders, and processing personnel expense reimbursements.
