Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the APAC Learning & Development Senior Manager for Retail Customer Care. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer care team across the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in learning and development, with a focus on retail customer care. You should possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and assessing training needs to drive performance improvements within the customer care department. Previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success are highly desirable.
