Job Description
- Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting application issues, performing log analysis, and using monitoring tools.
- Proficient with SQL queries, preferably on Oracle or MySQL.
- Experience in troubleshooting on Solaris / Linux is an added advantage.
- Experience in hosting platforms including but not limited to Tomcat, JBoss, IBM WebSphere/WebLogic is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
