Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to clients through various channels.
- Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems.
- Monitor alerts, escalate complex issues, and implement strategies for quality assurance.
- Create/update technical documentation, participate in testing, and provide training to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior technical support experience in software/SaaS.
- Knowledge of programming languages, Linux, web/mobile applications, and APIs.
- Understanding of software development and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work varied hours and attend onboard sites.
