Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AR Assistant. As an AR Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
Key responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic payments.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer payments and invoices.
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving any billing errors or discrepancies.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounts receivable software is preferred.
