Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matters
- Complete design studies and monitor as-built documentation
- Prepare materials for submission
- Check & ensure drawings are according to design
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
- Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
- Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise to achieve quality of works and ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Building and Architecture or relevant certification
- High degree of initiative and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and work in a team
- Advantageous if you have experience in Design & Build teamwork
