NEWCON BUILDERS PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the following responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing day-to-day operations of projects.
• Liaise with consultants and sub-contractors on project matters.
• Attend regular meetings with owners, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and raise technical queries to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Assist the Project Manager with assigned tasks.
