Job Description
To do design, planning, and manage the project to meet the contract period and budget. Coordinate and attend client and consultant meetings and other relevant parties to confirm the design and ensure smooth execution of the works. Manage meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works and tasks. Reply to all relevant emails and follow up with all parties involved in the project, keeping your superior informed. Write email requests and reports to related parties to provide information and details about the project. Manage and ensure that sub-contractors and suppliers complete their tasks within the agreed contract and budget. Propose design requests from clients or the company based on the given budget.
