Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
- Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and on-time payments by customers.
- Maintain good rapport and improve customer relations.
- Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed and documented.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- N level / O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or 2 years of experience.
- Preferred: Engineering or Technical background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $1,900.00 – $3,100.00 per month
