Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations, collaborate with departments for a seamless customer experience, and drive enrolment and retention. You will address customer concerns, build rapport with students and parents, manage book and instrument sales, and compile statistical reports.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work retail hours and on weekends is necessary.

Location: Marine Parade Central

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,00.00 – $3,800.00 per month
