Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the school.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experience.
- Drive enrollment and retention numbers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle queries.
- Manage sales of books/music instruments and inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work retail hours and weekends.
