Job Description
Assist the Operations Manager who oversees and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, and supports the team to achieve targets and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and address operational issues.
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Evaluate current work processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational guidelines for staff.
- Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in implementing activities and event-related operational requirements.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
- Clear communication in both oral and written form.
- Attention to details to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritizing to attend to important matters quickly.
- Exhibiting good organizational abilities to keep everything on track.
