Job Description

Responsible for employing, training and deploying onboard cargo officers

Follow up on the Company and charterers’ Quality Management for Bunker Supply Chain (QMBS) procedure

Purchase, maintain and record the cargo equipment and send it for calibration for all ships

Liaise with a charterer for operations matters, complaints and attend the monthly meetings

Support cargo officers for all kinds of matters such as loading computers, stationery, fax, phone, etc

Monitor, update and record the daily stock, preparation of monthly quarterly reports to send to the charterer

Liaise with the onboard cargo officers on daily operations matters and problem handling

Inspect the barges for cargo operation matters such as cargo quantity, audit, visitor, bunker operations, cargo equipment etc

Carry out other duties assigned by the Management
