Job Description
Join our team at Bacha Coffee Pte Ltd as an Assistant F&B Retail Manager! You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Coffee House & Boutiques, ensuring a smooth service experience for our guests. Responsibilities include preparing weekly rosters, supervising staff to meet grooming standards, directing kitchen and service staff coordination, and maintaining cleanliness. You will also manage stock orders and create attractive merchandise displays.
We offer a starting salary of $3,500.00, daily meal and shift allowances, 13th month salary, and additional incentives.
