Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager to support various human resources functions and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Supporting performance management activities, such as performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assisting in employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
