Contract: Initial 1-month contract role

Skills required: CHRIS21 experience, interpreting forms, writing contracts of employment, good communication, data entry

Clearances required for this role include:

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) (DHS)
• Unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups (NPC)

Your experience will include:

• Expertise in offering advisory and operational services related to human resource management matters within a diverse environment, involving tasks such as researching, analyzing information, and preparing reports.
• Demonstrate a comprehension of modern HR practices and approaches, along with a familiarity with human resource management procedures and their implementation within the SA Public Sector. This includes knowledge of awards, guidelines, EB Agreements, Codes of Practice, OHS&W, EEO, performance management processes, and principles and procedures related to quality improvement.
