Responsibilities:
- Report and assist Project manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals
- Plan construction schedule in line with master program and oversee implementation at site
- Responsible for site cost management to manage within approved budgets, including materials, manpower and machinery cost control
- Conduction technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and target completion date is met
- Coordination for civil structure, architectural, mechanical and electrical works
- Ensure site safety and prepare safe work procedure with Safety personnel
- Review risk analysis and method statement
- Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma Engineering or Construction Management
- Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Managers/ Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Only Singaporean
