Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for Convenience & Petrol Mart Marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of the convenience store and petrol mart industry, as well as excellent marketing skills.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and create effective campaigns to target specific segments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing plans for convenience stores and petrol marts.
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Creating and managing promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborating with various internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in convenience store or petrol mart marketing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
