Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager – HR specializing in Compensation & Benefits / Policy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and policies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure our compensation packages are competitive in the industry.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance-related compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
