Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager, HR/Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources and administrative functions within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
