Job Description
Overview
The position will support the General Manager on legal matters, business operations, and general administration within the organization.
This role requires familiarity with accounting & tax operations, principles, practices, and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for the expatriate team and manage contracts.
- Organize meetings and oversee administrative functions.
- Assist the accounting team with AP/AR issues and audits.
- Manage vendor relationships and dispute resolutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- 5+ years in General Affairs, Finance & Accounting, and Taxation.
- Experience with SAP and must communicate in Japanese.
