Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Analysis department. This position requires the ability to effectively manage projects, analyze business requirements, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the PMO in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring timely execution and delivering projects within budget and scope
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Conducting thorough business analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient workflows and processes
- Preparing detailed project reports, including project status updates, risk assessments, and resource allocation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Monitoring the progress of projects, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and possess a keen attention to detail.
