The Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager will assist in the Engineering Cluster at SIT@Dover, relocating to SIT Punggol Campus in 2025.
- Manage degree programme operations.
- Assist with class scheduling and facility bookings.
- Organise exam meetings and prepare materials.
- Support university events and programme accreditation.
- Record meeting notes and manage student matters.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; automation tools are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a motivated team player.
