Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management and Development at Singapore Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative talent management programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing talent reviews, designing progressive policies, and managing development programs for high-potential employees.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in Talent Management. Strong analytical skills and proven engagement with senior leadership are essential.
