Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Administrative

• Understand, operate, and maintain the school’s CRM system.
• Ensure accuracy on all billings according to school’s published rates.
• Handle social media communication.

2. Event and Marketing

• Promote branding and services in social media and events.
• Liaise with partners for any promotions and collaborations.
• Coordinate with other departments including swim teachers to produce more videos.
• Collaborate closely with the directors and managers to promote branding and services in social media and events.
• Manage and execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications achieving company goals and targets.
