Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute basic and advanced machine assembly works
- Develop mechanical testing jigs & fixtures and perform testing
- Guide production team to enhance processes for quality, cost, and productivity
- Develop KPI indicators on product quality and section capability
- Assist in new machine models launching
- Conduct machine mechanical setting and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical non-conformance
- Document reports on productivity and quality
- Ensure accurate records at each electrical process
Requirements:
- Experience in a machine assembly environment
- Effective in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Maintain good quality standards and safety discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and drawing software
