Job Description
Position: Assistant Project Manager
Company: HAZARI ENGINEERING & RENOVATION PTE. LTD.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Liaise with client’s representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage project progress and adhere to schedule.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved plans and contract specifications.
- Distribute information to site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades involved.
- Monitor daily activity reports and accompany Consultants and Clients for site inspections.
- Manage landscaping activities and align with business strategy.
- Prepare cost estimations, manage budgets, and reconcile statements.
- Establish and review processes to meet delivery targets with the landscaping team.
- Coordinate with internal departments, project managers, consultants, and vendors.
- Provide mentorship, manage projects including Variations Orders and Work Orders.
- Check claims before submission to customers and ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
