Job Description
ELEMENTS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is currently seeking an Assistant Public Relation Officer to join our team for the HDB Home Improvement Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Collating residents’ choices and disseminating them to subcontractors
- Arranging schedules for contractors
- Handling calls/complaints and follow up
- Following up on emails
- Loading and updating HDB’s system
- Scheduling and conducting surveys and water tests
- Visiting residents’ units together with our supervisors for surveys
- Keeping records, updating, and filing
- And other related duties as assigned
