Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overall administrative support for the company for warehousing, store, and workshop.
- Organize road tax, insurance, parking, VPC, claims etc. relating to company’s vehicles, trailers, machinery, building.
- Warehouse duties such as record-keeping, billing, handling customers’ queries, complaints, annual audit, etc.
- Billing of invoices to customers if necessary.
- To assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with drivers at all times.
- Maintain tyre inventory.
- Maintain store inventory.
- Uphold and enforce safety standards in the warehouse and workshop environment.
- All other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor.
- Supporting the workshop manager in the course of their duties.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Stock Clerk or similar role.
- An understanding of stock management terminology, such as receiving, inventory, and shelving.
- Basic knowledge of using an ERP system may be beneficial.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- A friendly and hard-working disposition.
