Job Description
NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) is looking for dedicated individuals for the positions of Associate Developer and PDPA Trainer. The successful candidates will deliver classroom training, develop training materials, and conduct competency-based assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom training and conduct assessments
- Create and maintain training materials
- Administer classroom equipment
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Stay updated on data protection issues
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Laws or equivalent experience
- Understanding of data processing legislation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
- At least 3 years of courseware development experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
