Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Director of Global Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving the expansion of our global presence.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic business development plans
- Identifying new markets and potential clients, and conducting market research
- Nurturing existing client relationships and establishing new partnerships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project implementation
- Monitoring industry trends and recommending actions to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex business deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
