Responsibilities: We seek an enthusiastic trainer to deliver HR training, conduct training needs analysis, and coach companies in HR-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimally Tertiary educated
- Certification in training (ACTA/ACLP) and HR (IHRP, SHRM, or CIPD)
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with 1+ years in training adult learners
Skills Required:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Interpersonal and consulting skills
- Experience in customer insight and design research
