Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate (Own Brands Retail) to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and management of our own brand products within our retail division.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying opportunities for new product development. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of product development, including sourcing, packaging, and pricing, are executed effectively.
Other responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance product visibility and profitability. Additionally, you will communicate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure on-time delivery of products.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, along with proven experience in product development within the retail industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
