Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Technical Services department in SIA Engineering Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generation of monthly APM (Airplane Performance Monitoring) reports for A350 and A380.
- Assisting in updating Weight & Balance and Fuelling Instructions documents.
- Creating departmental technical documents such as SI and SECTARS.
- Verifying engineers’ reimbursement claims.
- Preparing and submitting departmental IPRs.
- Ordering and managing office inventory.
- Managing attendance sheet for Associates.
- Applying security clearance for visitors.
- Analyzing data and creating charts and dashboard presentations.
- Preparing presentation slides for senior management meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a technical field like engineering or computing.
- Articulate, independent, and flexible.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
