Job Description

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All shortlisted candidates are required to conduct a mock training session as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training and activities as per the lesson plan
  • Conduct the assessment as stated in the Assessment Plan
  • Ensure training is conducted in a safe and conducive environment
  • Ensure all assessment documents are duly completed

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
  • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers
  • Completed Work at Height for Supervisors or Managing Work at Height course
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a supervisor / foreman / safety personnel in the construction industry
  • At least 2 years of training experience
  • Able to train in any of these languages – English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Bengali, Burmese
