Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Trainer for Market Analysis to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in the field of market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various market analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and customize training programs accordingly.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to trainees, ensuring their understanding and proficiency in market analysis.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and case studies.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in market analysis.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in market analysis, preferably in a training or teaching capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
