Job Description
As an Associate Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to our employees on RPA tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions to impart knowledge and skills required for RPA implementation and maintenance.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update the training curriculum as per industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in training or teaching roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
