Job Description
As an Asst. Account Manager at BNL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for full set of accounts.
- Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax, and legislative requirements.
- Monitor daily cashflow and prepare cashflow reports.
- Prepare management reports, including journal entries, fixed assets, and balance sheet schedules.
- Submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and statement of accounts preparation.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and cheques.
- Follow up on customer billings and payment status.
- Reconcile suppliers’ Statement of Accounts.
- Handle incoming phone calls from creditors regarding payment status.
- Coordinate with Auditors and Tax Consultants for year-end reports.
- Prepare Interim Payment Certificates and Backcharges.
- Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
