Job Description

As an Asst. Account Manager at BNL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for full set of accounts.
• Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax, and legislative requirements.
• Monitor daily cashflow and prepare cashflow reports.
• Prepare management reports, including journal entries, fixed assets, and balance sheet schedules.
• Submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliation and statement of accounts preparation.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and cheques.
• Follow up on customer billings and payment status.
• Reconcile suppliers’ Statement of Accounts.
• Handle incoming phone calls from creditors regarding payment status.
• Coordinate with Auditors and Tax Consultants for year-end reports.
• Prepare Interim Payment Certificates and Backcharges.
• Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
