Job Description
Nordic Group Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager to lead and support our HR team. In this role, you will supervise HR functions, train new employees, manage the training budget, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: $4,200.00 – $4,500.00 per month. Benefits: Health insurance.
