Job Description
A leading asset management firm, WilsonHCG Singapore, is seeking a Compliance Officer to join as AVP Compliance. Reporting to the APAC Head of Compliance, you will oversee Singapore compliance matters.
- Conduct statutory lodgments and ensure timely filing of statutory forms.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements for a MAS licensed fund management corporation in Singapore.
- Prepare filings and reports to ensure compliance with MAS regulations.
- Liaise with regulators and update the firm on new compliance requirements.
- Assess compliance and regulatory risks in trading processes.
- Act as the main contact point for government bodies and auditors.
- Communicate compliance issues to all company divisions.
- Stay informed on compliance updates in Securities, Asset Management, and Pension industries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 6-10 years of asset management experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Singapore Employment Agency Licence No: 16S8069
